Ramakrishna Reddy and Shalini Reddy started Manthan in 2009 to build a school where children, parents and teachers realise that education begins with oneself but is complete when it impacts others. Over the years, like-minded people have joined the team as teachers, staff and parents on this journey.   

Manthan has always been very dynamic as an institution that acknowledges and accepts that there is no one type of person, and there is no one path to being one’s true self. It is through exploring that our learners will realise that there is no one way to live, dream or work; and new experiences will always add to their identity. Manthanites get their identity not just by ambition but also through freedom of expression. Manthan is a place where children are not afraid to be their authentic selves and learn to create a positive impact in their communities. 

Manthan remains wholly committed to the mission of grooming children to become better and impactful global citizens of tomorrow.
