Training
The internal sessions are held by the leadership team of Subject Leaders and Teacher Leaders. In contrast, the external sessions are held with Cambridge and CBSE Boards and agencies such as The Teacher Foundation, Priyamvada Taneja Consulting, and TalentEase.
Parent Participation
Manthan offers an extensive range of committees, groups, cultural clubs, and events, ensuring that all families can find an area of interest and a sense of belonging. We keep parents well-informed about all school events and activities through online school management software, SMS, emails, and letters.
Parents of Manthanites often come as panellists for career exploration sessions, talking about their industry, career paths and answering career-related questions from the students. They also offer internship opportunities to our learners.
