Pastoral care and wellbeing

At Manthan School, student well-being is a top priority, woven into both academic and extracurricular life. Students actively maintain a healthy balance of body, mind and spirit through a holistic curriculum focused on physical and personal development. Physical education and sports keep them fit, while tailored tools support their emotional and mental wellness, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for growth.

Quality Circle Time

Quality Circle Time

Students at our international school in Hyderabad have a safe, inclusive space where every voice matters. Sitting in a circle, they engage in games, drama and discussions that build self-awareness, emotional intelligence and teamwork. By embedding QCT into the daily schedule, Manthan ensures students regularly build vital life skills and grow into emotionally intelligent, socially responsible learners.

Wellness initiatives

Wellness initiatives

Our Cambridge school in Hyderabad supports Lower and Upper Secondary students with a dedicated counsellor focused on emotional and mental well-being. Social Emotional Learning is integrated into daily lessons, helping students understand emotions, practice mindfulness and build positive relationships. Students are also actively engaged in the COAP (Community Outreach and Aid Programme) Club, actively promoting awareness on vital topics such as mental health and body positivity.

Student-centred support

Student-centred support

At Manthan, student wellness is actively monitored through regular surveys to understand changing needs. Upper secondary students select a ‘Teacher Mentors’ team to offer basic guidance and support. Trained by the school counsellor, these mentors help students with low-level concerns. Monthly checks track student well-being, with the counsellor stepping in for more serious issues, ensuring every student gets the right care at the right time.

Special needs educators

Special needs educators

Manthan’s qualified Special Needs educators work closely with students, both individually and in groups, to support their academic growth. Through personalised Individual Educational Plans (IEPs), they create safe, productive learning environments. These educators also guide students, parents and teachers, helping everyone understand and support diverse learning needs for true inclusion.
